The criteria for communications consultant/personnel can be the following:

1. Minimum qualification: Master’s Degree in any field (Preferred Mass Communication/Mass Media)

2. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years

3. Number of posts available: 1

4. Age limit: None

5. Salary: Negotiable

6. Place of posting: Tura, West Garo Hills

7. Duration: 6 months (Based on performance, it will get extended)

7. Skills:

·      Writing (articles, blogs, stories, press releases)

·      Content creation and management

·      Social Media skills

·      Organisational skills

·      Media and public relations

·      Good communication skills

·      Basic administrative and financial management

·      Marketing skills

·      Reporting skills

·      Monitoring and evaluation skills

·      Basic photography and videography skills.
