Staff required for REC Foundation funded project “No One Shall Be Left Behind Initiative: Biodiversity for Food, Nutrition and Energy Security for 3000 Households in Meghalaya and Nagaland, North East India”.

1. Associates
   1. Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences/ Nutrition/ Botany /Forestry or allied subjects
   2. Experience: Rural engagement and community work; working with rural youth, women and children.
   3. Number of posts available: 3
   4. Duration: 3 years
   5. Age limit: 40
   6. Salary: Rs 22,500 per month

2. Field Coordinators
   1. Minimum qualification: Graduates in Social Sciences/ Nutrition/Botany/Forestry or allied subjects/ Fashion/Textile Designing.
   2. Experience: Rural engagement and community work; working with rural youth, women and children.
   3. Number of posts available: 9
   4. Duration: 3 years
   5. Age limit: 40
   6. Salary: Rs 12,500 per month

3. Data Entry Operator and Processing
   1. Minimum qualification: BCA / BA with computer knowledge/ MCA/ Master’s degree with knowledge on data processing
   2. Experience: Preferred
   3. Number of posts available: 1
   4. Duration: 3 months
   5. Age limit: 40
   6. Salary: Rs 10,000 per month

4. Field researchers
   1. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Botany/Social Work/ Forestry or allied subjects
   2. Experience: Preferred
   3. Number of posts available: 10
   4. Duration: 3 months
   5. Age limit: 40
   6. Salary: Rs 10,000 per month

5. Research Assistants
   1. Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Social Sciences/ Nutrition/ Botany /Forestry or allied subjects
   2. Experience: Preferred
   3. Number of posts available: 3
   4. Duration: 3 years
   5. Age limit: 40
   6. Salary: Rs 20,000 per month

6. Senior Associate, Administration and Finance
   1. Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration/ HR/ Finance/ Public Administration and other allied subjects
   2. Experience: Necessary
   3. Number of posts available: 1
   4. Duration: 3 years
   5. Age limit: No limit
   6. Salary: Rs 31,500 per month
